Ralph Ruark has worked in the ceramic industry for 35 years, and is a licensed professional engineer in PA and FL. He holds dual degrees in Ceramic Engineering and Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Prior to forming his own company, Ralph has Worked at Director and Vice President level positions with Lenox China, Bickley/ Riedhammer, and Freeport Brick and Refractories Company. He currently serves as Senior Technical Editor of “Ceramic Industry” magazine.
He has been a presenter numerous times at the American Ceramic Society Conference, and has published several articles in the “Ceramic Industry” and “Ceramic Bulletin”.
Seminars and public speaking provide a special area of interest, and these have been provided to more than a dozen companies including as RHI Refractories, Acme Brick, Superior Clay Corporation, Toto USA, CISA, Kohler Company, Mansfield Plumbing, Gerber, Haeger Potteries, and United States Technical Ceramics.
Ralph’s unique hands-on approach to kiln operations and training, in combination with solid theoretical analysis provides a service not available elsewhere.
